I have a lot of trust in this brand because I have been taking their health supplements and vitamins for decades. My top 1 would be the Vitamin D3 Softgels followed by their Melatonin but my recent favorite is the Puritan's Pride Multi Enzyme Formula Super Strength 60 caplets (₱689.00) because this helped me a lot when I was transitioning from keto back to a normal diet. Can also help for indigestion.
Puritan's Pride Vitamin D3 400iu is my favorite especially that I heavily dislike big tablets and slimy capsules. These tablets are small and tasteless so they are easy to take.
Do you know that vitamin D3 is part of many regulatory processes in our body? I work from home even before the pandemic or on days that I work outside the home, it is usually in lecture halls and other indoor venues.
