Pop Studio Cosmetics officially launched yesterday (FULL story of PopStudioPh Launch HERE) and I was one of the bloggers invited by Digify Marketing Corporations. I was really sick and went there straight from work and guess what, I enjoyed the launch more than I thought I would! 

Yes, I'm a Sarah Geronimo fan and all but aside from the Pop Studio Cosmetics launch, we were also treated to live performances by some outstanding up and coming local artists. I thought that since New Year is coming up, I ought to share a written review of the Stannic Matte Lipsticks from Detail Makeover but if you're a video type of gal, scroll below and watch the embedded video!

So Detail Makeover is a Filipino brand of makeup that is now also available in some Department Stores and Grocery Stores. They used to be just sold online under Cosmetix Unlimited and Detail Makeover IG and website. Don't worry though, you can still buy these online, I just mentioned that this is available in stores for those who feel iffy about purchasing online.

Vice Cosmetics launched their cheek products and called it the Aura Collection. The collection consists of Aura Blush (8 blushes), Aura Contour (2 contour powders), and Aura Glow (3 highlighters). This post is not yet a full review but more of a swatch fest and first impressions review of the Vice Cosmetics Aura Collection.

I was honestly surprised that the Aura collection is this big. I know this isn't as huge as collections released by foreign makeup brands but local brands typically release just half of these number at a time. I like the fact the blushes came in 2 finishes and 8 shades and that the contour and highlighters were chosen to fit the various skin tones that pinays have.

I like the no fuss and frills packaging. No unnecessary mirror or applicator that I don't use anyway. I think they made a great decision doing away with those to bring the pricing down.

Ever Bilena Chocolate Palette Review, Swatches, and Price - It is SOOO Sulit!

Ever Bilena eyeshadows are a favorite of mine from the local drugstore. I mean, I think I've reviewed all the eyeshadows they're released so far hahaha! See my list of reviews for Philippine drugstore palettes here. Anyway, what drew me to the new Ever Bilena Chocolate palette is the packaging. It looks like it is going to be a Kylie Eyeshadow dupe!
