Some of you may have heard that I'm doing the keto diet and that I've been more interested in natural beauty products and natural self-care products. It is not a secret that one of my favorites to shop in is Watsons Philippines (I have too many Watsons haul videos over the years, haha!) and I am glad to share with you how shopping in Watsons Philippines helped me with my health journey.

As much as I want to say that things will just take a month, I found out that choosing what is healthy for you will really take a lot of trial and error. Soothies Foot Care Line Review - Giving my Feet a Makeover! (with before and after)

I wasn't blessed with pretty feet. My grandpa used to tease me that I have "paang luya" or "paang magsasaka" hahaha! And so I for the longest time, I haven't taken much care of my feet and will often wear closed shoes. I don't even frequent spas and also opt to do my own pedicure at home because I'm embarrassed by how my feet looks. It doesn't help that I'm not very lady-like so you can say that my feet have really been used and abused...more so that I give lectures standing up 8-10 hours a day! 

I tried the Soothies Foot Care Line because my feet really needed tender loving care. I figured I better give it a makeover first before I walk around wearing strappy shoes or book an appointment at the foot spa. Also, honestly speaking, I don't have time to go to salons and spas so why not try to pamper my feet at home, right? Bonus points that the entire Soothies Foot Care Line is available at Watsons and everything is reasonably priced! Yay!

The entire Soothies Foot Care Line retails for a little less than P700 pesos. That's not bad considering that an appointment at a foot spa can cost just as much. By going the DIY foot care route, you can pamper your feet anytime and anywhere!

Purederm Makeup Remover Cleansing Wipes has been on my radar for more than a year but I only got to try them recently because I'm not a huge fan of wipes (because other makeup wipes tend to cause breakouts) and I thought that the product was just hyped. And then one time one of my students handed me a a piece of Purederm Makeup Remover Cleansing Wipes and I was blown away at how effective it was in taking off whiteboard marker streaks on my hands! Okay, I thought then. Maybe this is worth a look then, eh?

I guess it was a lucky incident that when I went to my local Watson's the yellow variant of the Purederm Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes were on sale for only P55 for a pack of 30 pulls. Not bad for a try out so I grabbed one and it really performed well. I like that the Purederm Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes Vitamin isn't strongly scented and works great for everyday makeup. 

The real game changer was when I tried the wipes to clean my bag when I got one of my lippes' caps loose and made a mess of my bag. I was able to take off the lippie stains to a degree that would have taken a lot more effort if using something else. No wonder I hoarded both the Q-10 and the Vitamin version of the Purederm Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes on my next Watson's visit, hahaha!

I bought a lot of packs because they were still on sale. P55 each pack so only 50% of the original price of P109.75! sweet deal!
