Korean skincare has been my skin savior since I've hit my 30s a long time ago. I used to use a lot of western skincare products but they always end up too heavy for me or just not working as claimed. This could be because they're formulated for a totally different climate but I really think that it also has something to do with certain skin characteristics that are not universal. I've raved about the In Her Element Spot Control Oil lots of times in my Instagram but only posted about the In Her Element Squalane Oil a few times. I know I've mentioned this product frequently as a skincare favorite in PinayBeautyAndStyle Youtube videos but I feel that this truly deserves having its own review post.

For the record, I have combination skin sensitive skin with a lot of redness. I am in my mid-30s. My t-zone is oily and I got dry patches on the sides of my cheeks and my jawline. This is an issue because although I do not have a lot of skin texture, having dry patches makes my foundation look cakey even when I am oiling up. 

I tried the In Her Element Squalane Facial Oil because I've had good results with their Spot Control Oil. I am very happy with how it fared as part of my skincare regimen as well as part of my makeup routine.

I have come to terms with the fact that I am now officially a tita blogger, hahaha! I mean, I tried to kept this blog all about beauty reviews but I have to admit that the YouTube videos that get the most view at the PinayBeautyAndStyle YouTube channel are mostly those that deal with tita topics such as shopping, skincare, lifestyle events, and whoa, even baby care!

I don't have a kid yet but I've gone through a ton of little brothers, cousins, and nieces and nephews. I believe the essence of being a woman is to have that nurturing side and so I'm finally blogging about baby products and child care products even though I'm not a mom yet.
