Spotlight Cosmetics launched about a year ago but I've only started using their Superstar Creamy Lips at the onset of summer in the Philippines because my lips are extra dry. I guess I have been so used with using tints and long-lasting liquid lipsticks that using bullet lipsticks just took the back burner for me.  Anywhoo, I finally gave them a try and ended up liking them that I have used them a few times a week for the last 3 months.
