Spotlight Cosmetics launched about a year ago but I've only started using their Superstar Creamy Lips at the onset of summer in the Philippines because my lips are extra dry. Hear Me Roar is a phrase that always reminds me of the Lannisters in Game of Thrones so when I found this Happy Skin Power Pout Lip Lacquer at the back of my drawer, I just can't help but to try this on despite my reservations with using any gloss or lacquer type of lip product. I'm actually kicking myself over this because I can't believe it took me this long to take this for a spin. If it weren't for Cersei Lannister going mad queen mode with her legendary power pout and the House Lannister words "hear me roar" echoing in recent Game of Thrones episodes, I won't have tried this Lip Lacquer from Happy Skin!

Ever Bilena Matte Lip Liner was something I've seen but didn't think that I need until I've tried one during a makeup class at CAS Makati. I'm not very fond of lip liners in general because I've had so many bad buys from pricey brands. Besides, I already have lots of EB Matte Lipstick in bullet form and EB Matte Liquid Lipstick so I figured I won't need the EB Matte Lip Liner but I was sooooo wrong.

Anway, after I've tried the new Ever Bilena Matte Lip Liner at the makeup class, I was so baffled why I'm not seeing the product in stores. I thought that perhaps it is not yet available in the market and that we only got a sneak peek in the makeup class but I found it hiding behind brushes in Watson's Waltermart North Edsa! I was so happy because the product was a mere P125 each but saddened because only 2 shades were available in that store. I scoured nearby malls but can only find 4 shades max. The makeup Gods must have been listening to my makeup wishes because just a day after, blogger mail brought me extras along with several other shades, yassss!

I was on the fence about writing a full review of these Ever Bilena Liquid Lipsticks because I know that they are limited edition...but its been months and I still see them in my local Watsons and almost no one else have mentioned they exist (they were outshined by the slimmer EB Matte Liquid Lipstick that I wrote about and did a video on earlier). This version has a thicker almost mousse-like consistency.

GT Cosmetics Color Wand Review | Best Lipsticks for Dry Lips!

I have never heard of the brand GT Cosmetics before coming across these lippies and their face powders. Probably because I mostly review colour cosmetics and their line is quite new. That's why I was so surprised that not only GT Cosmetics is a Filipino company based in Cebu but that their makeup products are actually the bomb!

Now, I don't usually review products this fast unless I am blown away and oh boy, I was!

I was expecting run of the mill products but for a small-ish brand, they sure did put a lot of thought and effort in their products.
