"The Asia's Beauty Blogger Contest (ABBC) 2017 is now on its 2nd year and Cathy Doll Philippines level-up the competition with 3 levels of competition to encourage creativity of participants."
The contest will have several rounds or legs described as follows:
Cathy Doll ABBC Elimination Round
Out of all the entries sent, Cathy Doll Philippines will choose Top 5. Acceptance of entries are ongoing and due by 12:00 midnight. of July 12, 2017.
Cathy Doll Philippines will have an open invitation in Metro Manila for everyone to join
the contest.
o Video competition entries for the Elimination Round will be screened by Cathy Doll
Philippines.
o The Top five (5) winners will be selected by Cathy Doll Philippines.
o Deadline of entries is on July 12, 2017 (12mn)
o Winners will be announced on July 13thon Cathy Doll FB Page
Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:
SCORE CRITERIA DESCRIPTION
35% Creativity Ability to make the video interesting
35% Reviewing Ability Professionally reviews products highlighting selling points
30% Content Provides full name of product and its benefits and displays it in the video
100% TOTAL SCORE
Cathy Doll ABBC National Round
Top 5 will be invited to a whole day event (Studio shoot will be at Diliman QC, Name of Studio To Follow) to undergo two challenges where top 3 winners will be chosen. Grand Prize winner is Php45,000, 1st Runner up is Php30,000 and 2nd Runner up is Php15,000. Consolation prizes will be given Php5,000 each.
National level competition will be held on July 16, 2017 where all Top 5 national finalists
will be invited.
The Top 5 finalists will undergo two challenges to gauge their skills in the following:
1. Product Endorsement/ORAL Skills- They will be given ample time to rehearse
their piece and present it to the audience.

2. Makeup Skills- ability to create a makeup look using ALL Cathy Doll products.

30% Technical Skill Flawlessness, blending, etc…
40% Overall Look Overall beauty look on how it enhances the beauty of individual.
100% TOTAL SCORE
*Target date of event is July 16, 2017.
*All Top 5 contestants will get a personalized KIT from Cathy Doll Philippines worth Php3,000.

The final leg will be the international competition scheduled on the last week of August 2017.
Cathy Doll ABBC FINAL/Regional Round
The grand winner from the national round will compete and represent Cathy Doll Philippines in Bangkok Thailand with free airfare and accommodation.
The grand winner will represent Philippines in the Regional ABBC 2017 in Bangkok,
Thailand on August 2017. He/ She will be one among eleven (11) other Asian countries
participating in the ABBC 2017.
The representative will have the following sponsorship packages:
• Round-trip ticket to and from Bangkok, Thailand
• Accommodation
The Top 3 Over-all winners will be selected by Karmart- Cathy Doll’s distributor and will
take home the following:
• Grand Winner - 50, 000 Baht/ 72,000 Pesos
• 2nd Runner-up - 30, 000 Baht/ 43,000 Pesos
• 1
st Runner-up - 10,000 Baht/ 14,000 Pesos
So, how can you join? Obviously you will have to be free or have enough time to participate in all the levels of the competition. You must also be fit to travel. More of this below.
Who are eligible:
1. Participants must be 18 years of age.
2. Participants must be willing to represent the Philippines in Bangkok Thailand during the regional level of ABBC 2017 happening around the latter part of the month of August 2017.
3. Contest is open to METRO MANILA residents only.
