Beauty Treats of LA Makeup and Skincare now in the Philippines!

I seldom get excited about new makeup releases particularly for face products because I find that most locally available brands do not have products for my skintone or my specific skincare needs, that's why I'm so stoked to share when I received the PR Kit for the brand Beauty Treats of L.A!

Beauty Treats of LA Makeup and Skincare now in the Philippines!

Can we just talk about their 3 shades of face powders and that cream foundation? Time to rejoice pale gals of the Philippines yasss!

Can we hear a collective YEY!?

When their team contacted me if I would be interested in their new release, I admittedly kept my hopes low. Why? Because Beauty Treats of L.A. is under the same umbrella as LA Girl Philippines and although most of their products are the bomb, I can't really use their face products for everyday because of pale pale paleeeee skin. But lo and behold, the face powders are great for pale skin too!

The first thing I went for in the whole bunch is the cream foundation. Why? I haven't tried a cream foundation that I liked and I thought to myself na "mabuti na simulan ko sa ayoko para later yung gusto ko na lang haha!"

I was soooo wrong...

Because the BTLA Cream Foundation tuned out to be my favorite. I will be posting a detailed review of this in a few days but I am saying this as early as now: "very oily skin friendly!"

The BTLA Intensive Eye Gel Cream is kinda weird for me...but weird in a good way. You see most eye creams come in 5 to 15 ml tubes but this one is huge!

The BTLA Intensive Eye Gel Cream promises to provide hydration and anti-aging benefits. I have yet to try the product just checked it out and it was a yellowish gel that absorbs quite fast. Really excited to road test this one!

I was surprised that they carry an anti-acne cream. I only know that they have color cosmetics so all the skincare was surprising for me.

And the BTLA Anti-Pimple Cream is super affordable too! I have tested this for 2 days as of now and it lessens inflammation of the pimple and somehow plumps the area in a good way. Perhaps that is the hydrating effect? I'll post a full review of this within the month!

Ah the compact powder! Happy that there are 3 light to medium shades that are actually light enough for myself!

Shades are the following:

  • Ivory - lighht shade with pink undertone
  • Toffee - light shade with neutral undertone
  • Sand - light shade with yellow undertone

Surprisingly affordable too!

Beauty Treats of LA is a local brand from the same distributor as LA Girl Cosmetics Philippines, According to the photo above, they've been around for 3 years but is making extra marketing efforts now to get the brand out there. Well, I like the cream foundation, the powder shades, and the anti-pimple cream so far so I'd be blogging my reviews soon!

Their online store has a link in the LA Girl Philippines facebook page (because they are under the same distributor). They deliver anywhere in the Philippines and they accept multiple payment methods such as credit card via Paypal, money transfer via Palawan Express, and bank payments. They also have an ongoing promo wherein you can get P100 off when your total reach a minimum of P999. By the way, you can buy as many or as little as you like because they don't have a minimum purchase required. Isn't that neat?
